Welcome to Roots! Where you can come as you are and leave feeling like the best version of yourself. I’m Catherine, the owner and stylist. I’ve been behind the chair for nearly 13 years. My journey started when I was just 15, working in a salon and falling in love with the art of hair and the connections with people that come with it. I opened Roots Hair Salon in 2020 with a simple vision: to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and beautiful in their own way. Whether you’re here for a fresh new look, a touch-up, or just a little self-care, my goal is to provide a fun and welcoming atmosphere where you can truly be yourself. Located in Orange Park, Florida, Roots is more than just a salon—it’s a place to unwind, express yourself, and enjoy great hair without the pressure of being anything other than who you are.
